Modern apartment in Central Berlin

We are a relaxed and friendly 3-person WG. Everyone here is easy-going, respectful and gives each other space, but we also enjoy small chats in the kitchen or chilling after a long day. It’s not a party flat — just a clean, peaceful home with good vibes.

I’m going to Morocco for about a month, so I’m subletting my room temporarily. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and chill — someone who will fit naturally into the calm atmosphere of the WG while I’m away.

Our apartment is a bright and spacious 3-room WG located at Lichtenberger Straße 35, 10179 Berlin — right between Alexanderplatz and Jannowitzbrücke, and just a short walk from Holzmarkt and the Spree. Super central, very safe, and surrounded by everything: supermarkets, gyms, cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, trams, buses).

Your room is around 22–23 m², fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, cupboard, mirror and a TV. It’s a quiet, comfortable room with plenty of space to work and relax.

The kitchen and bathroom have a beautiful TV Tower view, which gives the shared areas a very classic Berlin vibe.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, dining table), and the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

All utilities — heating, electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi — are included. It’s a simple, “move in with a suitcase” setup, perfect for short-term stays, interns, students, or anyone needing a comfortable one-month home in central Berlin.
