The flat is in the heart of Fhain, around 3 mins walk from Boxhagener Platz and everything can be found within walking distance (bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..) And it has two Bathrooms and One suoer cozy living room

The room is around 24-25 m2 and will be unfurnished (with the possibility of a small closet that can stay in the room if interested). The rent is 800 cold since we are changing some gas and electricity bills it can come up to 900 warm with internet. Anmeldung is possible after couple of months but not immeditly.
The room is available from the 1st of Jun (possibly also from 15th of Jun)
