I am renting out the room because I enjoy sharing a flat and believe living with the right roommate creates a positive home atmosphere. The apartment is located in Mitte, only a five-minute walk from Rosenthaler Platz and very close to shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. It is on the fourth and top floor of the building, which makes it very bright and quiet, especially on sunny days. The apartment has a spacious kitchen connected to the living room, creating an open and comfortable common area. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub, and a second smaller bathroom with a toilet and sink, which would be for the roommate’s private use.
